|About the Speakers
Lyssa Campbell started with the NAPCP in January 2007. She has broad experience in technical writing, marketing and corporate communications for software, government and financial services organizations. Campbell was working as a freelance writer and editor when she pursued full-time employment with the NAPCP, and is continually challenged to explore new ways to spread the word about the association through social media, online tools and member/provider relationships.Jessica Dressel
Jessica Dressel joined the NAPCP in January 2012 as Administrative Manager. In this role she is on the "front line," fielding member and subscriber requests, managing the database and event registration, and handling day-to-day administrative functions. Jessica also co-administers the CPCP credential program and hosts NAPCP website tours to share her extensive knowledge of the features and benefits of the site. Prior to joining NAPCP, Jessica had a successful career in the education field and corporate administration for companies in the Twin Cities.
