Tracy J. Armstrong
Vice President/Senior Product Manager Corporate Cards, HSBC

Ms. Armstrong is a vice president within Payments and Cash Management at HSBC. She has responsibility for the Corporate Travel Card program, as well as the development of a Mobile Corporate Card solution. With more than 15 years of card product management experience, Ms. Armstrong has significant knowledge of Corporate Card products, including: EMV programs, rewards programs, Travel Cards and global cards for both middle marketand large corporate names. Prior to joining HSBC, she held a variety of card product management positions at Bank of America, LaSalle Bank and Discover Card.

Overall Feedback: Submitted evaluations from attendees of the live event mostly reflected an overall rating of "very good." No one rated it as "fair" or "poor." All noted that the appropriateness of the content was "just right" for the targeted audience.
