About the Speakers




Raj Dutt, Head of Product Strategy, Commercial Card, Capital One
Raj is the head of Commercial Card Product Strategy. His team is responsible for strategy, innovation and development of new market products, capabilities and features related to Commercial Card. During his thirteen years with Capital One, Raj has led several critical innovations and products for Capital One. He spearheaded Small Business Card's introduction of the Spark Brand and suite of products. He also enabled the expansion of US Card's Online Marketing from a nascent business to one of Capital One Card's dominant acquisitions channels. Raj holds an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden Garduate School of Business, is a Chartered Accountant and has a bachelor's degree in Statistics and Systems Design from Bombay University.



Richard Winslow, Commercial Banking Digital Transformation Lead, Capital One
Rick Winslow leads Digital Innovation and Transformation for Capital One's Commercial Banking business. He holds a BA from Columbia University and an MBA from Rutgers Business School. He also teaches for the Columbia University Applied Analytics program and serves on the board of the Rutgers Design Thinking program. Specializing in B2B financial services and analytical applications, Rick has spent 20 years developing new analytics platforms and products for both start-ups and large enterprises. He is a vocal proponent for agile software development, human-centered-design and data science.
